They have the best doughnuts I have ever had. I get a lot of doughnuts from suppliers bringing them in and I need to bring these in for my group at work. Great selection as well.

Delicious bakery!!

The pies, cakes, cookies and anything else you buy are delicious. The lady's behind the counter are another story. I buy from here usually every holiday. They always seem so unfriendly. Never smile. Don't greet you when you come in. I was there just today and same thing. I'm pretty sure today was my last time going there. I'm sure the other bakeries in Monroe would take my money. So yes, the desserts are good but I like a friendly hello to. Just my opinion.

Friendly service. Apple fritter and raised/yeast donuts were fantastic! Cake donuts were very oily and had more of a buttercream frosting than a standard donut icing. Fair prices, solid selection.

I'm really hoping to see

I had never heard of this place prior to today. One of our interns lives in the area and brought a couple dozen of these down to Findlay, OH today. The donut I had was incredible and one of the best ones I've had quite possibly ever. Sadly, her last week is this week and I don't know anyone else that lives up there. I just may need to take a road trip soon and come visit. INCREDIBLE!!!!

Cookie wasn't bad, but won't get the donuts or cupcakes anymore.

We drive across town to get donuts from Monica's every other Sunday; the donuts are superb. Get there early for the best selection because some of the tastiest varieties sell out.

Best doughnuts I've ever had! The cookies taste like the ones we used to eat at my grandma's cabin. Phew, brings back memories. If you're hankering for some sweets or have that passenger that wont shut their yap, stop by here! Once they sink their teeth into the soft, doughy center of one of these exceptional treats, shows over! Nuff said.

The smell when we walked in was fantastic. They need to be able to make candles that smell that good.

Cakes are good but you need to order in advance. Their donuts are a hit at work but seem to get heartburn every time I have one. Other donut shops don't have this effect on me. I would guess that one of their ingredients changed since this never used to happen.

This is my favorite bakery in town. I recently ordered this cake for my daughter's 10th birthday it was delicious and absolutely beautiful. Their donuts are the best in town! They remind me of a famous bakery called Titus in Lebanon Indiana where I grew up. Highly reccomend the apple fritters or the peanut butter donut.

Best doughnuts in Monroe at fair prices. Really good cakes as well. My little guy wanted a John Deere cake (3 yr old) and they did a wonderful job on the art work. Cake tasted great too.

Just came from Monica's and the one lady we buy from was there very nice love her very short hair and glasses. But the one lady with dark hair in a bob was very short and nasty we will never come back she was rude. Act like we bothered her. Been going there for years this one time was horrible.

Went there today and not one employee was wearing a mask! In case you didn’t know it is required that all people inside a business must have a mask! I love your donuts but will probably not be back for some time!

Hi, my name is Sarah I just had a birthday party for my 5yr old daughter and I ordered a cake with Monica's and when I picked the cake up it was soooo beautiful I was very picky on how I wanted the colors and was very nervous on how it was going to turn out it was sooo pretty and turned out so beautiful the cake was moist and amazing tasting as well!!!My little girl loved her mermaid cake so much thankyou for the best cake ever!!!

I used to love Monica's, but lately it seems as though they're under new management out or something. The doughnuts are carelessly thrown together, and the cheesecake singles are now in cupcake papers which makes them crumble upon opening. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT 😩

After seeing the mess that they did on my grandsons birthday cake I would not order any cakes from them. The cake had pink lettering on it. Get real , the cake is for a boy! The order was placed a week ago for his birthday party. Also balloons were put on the cake. The instructions did not say put balloons on the cake. How sad that someone could not decorate a cake like requested. I hope that no one else has to go through this. There was no apology for the mess up and yes she had to cake the cake. How sad and you call yourself business.

Love their donuts. They're a little pricey, but I feel the quality is worth it. The staff has always been quick and friendly. Also their cinnamon rolls are awesome.

WOW!!! Honestly, the only word to explain this small mom and pop bakery...WOW in all capital letters. Get there early before they are sold out. Also, get the amazing Apple Fritter Bread Loaf and make it into French toast like the restaurant next door does!

Peanut butter filled donut has a nice balance of fluffy and creamy filling with flavor in addition to crushed peanuts and chocolate frosting that is not too sweet. Really really good donut. Cookies were fantastic! Double chocolate, chocolate chunk, chocolate chunk with walnuts, and chocolate chip didn't upset my stomach after eating all four of them in 10 minutes on my drive North. They had good balance of butter oil mixture and were not overbaked or underbaked. Any other place and I would have felt sick in my stomach after two cookies but four of these and I didn't feel sick says something about how they are made. Get some and you will be happy.Still have donuts to eat but that is enough for now. I'll get to the other donuts later. It's the weekend, no hurry but you better get there early because they had more customers rolling through the doors when I was walking out at 645am.

Needed a birthday cake , a nice one , not one of those plain square things you buy at the grocery store. They carry about 6-8 cakes premade but big double decker ones, different batters as well. Everyone at the party loved it . They all said it was so fresh and delicious .i get my cakes here every time and have yet to be disappointed. Not looking for a cake - no worries need some donuts freshly made while we're all sleeping - they have a wide variety . Lets not forget the excellent cookies & brownies. Workers are friendly haven't ran into anyone rude in the 7 years going to Monica's. Need a special made cake - they can do it . I believe my cake was around 27.00 for a 9 inch round Very Tall - worth it ! This was not for a child but it very well could of been as when i sliced into it , the knife just glided right through and easy to make thin slices for all the elder ones who only wanted a sliver.

I typically do not like donuts, but Monica's Apple Fritters are to DIE for. Call and order your donuts for the next day or come right when they open. They sell out of everything very quick!
